what mode do you run your MP10?

Just tell me color to make it easy and why.

I like running in the blue mode with medium bursts. The reason is that longer bursts seem to irritate my stylo a little. It stays more open with shorter bursts of flow..

Yellow at 100% (reef crest) in my RSM C130 mostly sps in the tank. I want another pump for the other side when money permits!

Orange - long pulse, the frequency turned all the way down (2 sec intervals)
I have the power peak at 6th dot, which is 50%. This is on a 29gal biocube.
This seems to give a good long sway on my elegance, plus it produces erractic movement every 2-3min from the return pump getting mixed in.

Reefcrest 100% - I gradually increased it from 40% over 3 months.

Mainly sps with a torch, frogspawn, and hammer. The torch loves the flow.
