What pump to upgrade to for my 12gal jbj nano?

I don't think I'm getting enough flow in the tank with the small stock pump. Which one should I upgrade to? mj400 or mj600? a rio? Thanks!

MJ is your best bet. Fit the largest MJ you can back there and attach a hydorflo to it for random water movement.
