What rotifers to buy?

I'm looking to see what rotifers people have used and if there is any difference?..... My clowns just laid eggs last night and I know it's prob a stretch to have a big enough culture to raise all the fry, but I would also like to dose my reef as well. Is there any one that is a better fix for not just clown fry and where are u getting them.....

All info helps and the doin the better so I can at least try a culture for the clown fry

if the eggs are in the same tank as the clown when they hatch, the clown will eat them. Need to resolve that before you drop the $50 on rotifers.

Not really what I was looking for for an answer..........

I've researched and understand what is involved in raising clownfish fry, I was looking for advice on where to get food for them......

I know the fry wouldn't make it in my 90 gallon lol to many hungry mouths

Oh okay sorry...I get my rotifers from reed mariculture. They work great!

Look up " phyto_pharmer" on Ebay He has excellent live rotifers and he ships fast You get them in just a couple days. He also sells an excellent growth medium if you need to keep a culture going.

I'm worried sbout shipping......low tonight is -15 I think I might have to go local for the first batch.....:/.....any difference in these different peoples culture?

Is there a place locally you can get them? When I attempted this project, I bought local, including the growth stuff, and was successful growing rotifers for a couple of months. The fry only need the rotifers for about 10 days before you have to move on to bigger foods anyway. Good luck.
