What should I do???

All was good and well. I had a 70 gallon tank and nine of the fish showed signs of any type of infection. Then I upgraded to a 120 and got new fish.

Now I've got what looks like ich. Everyone is eating like pigs and generally appear to act normal except for the small white spots.

Is it worth it to pull them all out and try to cure them or just let this play itself out?

Does your 70 gallon still have live rock and / or inverts in it? If not could you use this tank as a HT for treatment? If it is indeed ich, then you will need to treat the fish in a HT with hypo, cupramine/copper, or tank transfer method. If one of your fish has ich...it will probably just spread to the others in due time. You could also get some garlic supplements to help with the fishes immune system during this time. It definitely is not a cure, but may help the fish.

IMO & IME; ich must always be treated. There are also deadlier parasites that resemble ich, a pic would help. Some fish can hold out a while, but its just a matter of time. Get a decent HT/QT; use it to treat your present fish; then all new fish. Long-term success in our hobby demands a QT; IMO & IME, it isn't just a nice option.
