"Red algae" is likely cyanobacteria. Consider adding some macroalgae to the tank. It will suck up some extra nutrients and prevent the cyano from growing. Also consider shortening your lighting period by an hour or two as this could starve the cyano.

I've had good luck dipping new corals in diluted hydrogen peroxide when they had a little algae on them. Idk what kind of coral that is but if you google it there's a lot of info. I had some zoas that were really peeved about getting tickled by the algae fronds and a quick dip sorted them right out.
If you think it might be cyano that's diff. I can't tell from the pic if it's slimey or planty
