What should i feed my 2 chalices

I have a alien eye and a green monster . What should i feed them ? What do you recommend? Can i feed them coral frenzy

I have only tried to feed mine a handful of times in years. Besides that I dont feed and mine grow like crazy.

I am on the opposite side of the spectrum here. I feed my Chali weekly and have had great success. Anything meaty and finely diced.
