What should I feed my zoos?

What do these guys eat? What is the best food and how often should I feed?

for kicks i fed mine mysis shrimp. it is sooo cool to see them take it in. i was simply amazed, now i know what to do when i am bored. my trumpet coral does the same!

pe type can, the ones with the green mouth, they grab it with the tentacles and swallow it.

I just picked up some frozen mysis the other day, maybe I'll give it a go today.

I feed Koral Frenzy whenever I can.. atleast 1x/week... some will react to it, some won't... the PE kind will take mysis for sure...
