What should I put in it? Nano 33g

Myka

Reefing since '93
So, I was going to put a nano reef in my 33g, but I'm thinking I'll just wait, and use a larger tank (100-125g) when I buy one in a few months. So I figured maybe I would just do a FOWLR or even FO in my 33g. But is there anything interesting to put in a small tank? Or should I just save it for a sump??? *lol*

yeah some dwarf lion with maybe a flame ange or coral beauty. You could probally even put a couple damsel in there too, they might end up getting eaten by the lion, but it will stimulate his hunting instinct lol Look on my gallery i have a pic of a dwarf fuzzy that i used to have in my 25, he ended up dying from a bacterial infection though :(

I'm just looking for something colorful, interesting, etc. I was thinking about a Lionfish. I saw one labelled "Red Lionfish" in my LFS, and fell in love with it. But I think they get too big for a 33g. I was thinking of setting up a tank just for a red lionfish. I love how they follow you around with their eyes. :)

Now, mini angels is something I didn't think of!! Good idea! I have no idea what a frogfish or hawkfish, or fu man chu is...so I guess I'll go check them out too!

Thanks for the ideas! :D

I like the color and variety of royal gramma, unique damsels, and pseudochromis have lots of colors and varying degrees of aggressiveness --- the ones w/ the red head are the meanest w/ big vampire canines.

Wow, Frogfishes are AWESOME!!! Was just watching some videos! Very cool...

The hawkfish are striking, I like them. The Dwarf Lionfish are cool, but I don't like the fuzzy ones - it's too bad they only get 4" long though...

Hmm...now I'm completely unsure!!! :p
