In that size tank I would probably stick with either one Scarlet shrimp, one Fire shrimp or perhaps a pair of Peppermint shrimp. The Scarlet and the Fire shrimp can get pretty big IMO. I had an adult Scarlet shrimp in my 20 gallon tank one time and all it did was bounce off the walls and trample all over my corals on a regular basis. This got real old real quick. GL.

Blue Coral Banded Shrimp would also fit in a 14g, as they get a little smaller than their cousens, however I would not trust them with other smaller shrimp still.
I have two peppermints and a skunk in a 55 FOWLR. Bought the second peppermint thinking he might help the other peppermint be less shy. Now it seems the second pep and the skunk are BFFs. You can't help who you love.
