Yeah, H. crispa, and a healthy looking one too. Jeeman, if you have a sebae that looks nothing like that one, perhaps it is a malu, which is sometimes referred to as sebae too. But, malu still resembles the crispa you have quite a bit.
When your's starts to look like the second picture, you will have nursed your's back to health. Right now your H. crispa is bleached and retracted. Given good conditions, a little bit of food and a little luck, your's will expand and regain it's golden brown zooxanthellae.
