What the heck are these three things?

1. Black slug looking thing:

The first one is Dendrodoris nigra. It's a harmless sponge feeding nudibranch. This species for some reason tends to do well in the hobby while virtually all other dorid nudibranchs don't.

The other two aren't clear enough to make out. #2 might be a tunicate.

tunicates are filter feeders
i havent read about one that was bad...they are just hard to keep
