I would be more worried about the hippo tang rubbing against the rock. I don't know anything about the tank or the fish, but if it does this regularly, I would be checking for parasites.

I knew when I posted the video someone would say that. They hardly ever rub at all. No signs of parasites at all and my tank is full of tangs. Thanks for the heads up though.
