What should I do if my clownfish lay eggs because I hear they lay a lot of eggs. How many hatch and what should I do with the fry so my filter doesn't suck them up.

Well you don't need to do anything if you aren't going to raise them.

Otherwise you need to get them out of the tank and into their own tank. There are many posts on this process within this forum. Read!

Pretty much all of them. The parents can tell which eggs aren't viable along the way so come hatch night just about all the remaining eggs will hatch. I just had about 300 hatch.
