What To Do With My Bottom Dwelling Fish

JCR's Reef

Well I just saw my yellow corris wrasse scatching around. I havent added anything new to my 110 for about 6 months. Luckly it doesnt have many fish in it but I think Im just going to pull out everything in it (Lr w/coral, LS) and just treat the whole tank with copper which will be better for killing the ich over hypo. Its an Acrylic tank and what I have read I dont have to worry about it absorbing it right? I dont wanna take a chance with Ich ever coming back. I have some bottom dwelling fish in there( diamond gobie, wrasse's) will they be okay without the sand? Do diamond gobies usually live in a hospital tank for long since they are on the bottom right where the parasite stays at?
I just got done setting up a 55 gallon so I already have qt tanks setup but they are not big enough for all the fish.
With copper do I have to worry about any of these fish, Blue Jaw Trigger, sailfin tang, Wrasse's, Gobies, Blennies, Damsels, Hawk fish, Coral beauty? All the fish are healthy and nothing visible is wrong. I just saw the scrathing so it has me concerened. Thanks again.

I really think that the wrasses will go a little crazy without any sand. A friend of mine once had a red-tail tammarin wrasse and he runs a sandless tank. It did ok for a short amount of time. But, the entire time he had the fish, it was constantly trying to bury itself, which it never did. If it is one of the type of wrasses that likes to bury itself, I hesitate to doing so. The Goby may be okay.

If it were me, I would probably take the fish out in question and treat it separately, if possible, rather than trying to tear everything out.

Thanks for the replies. Right now I put all the fish in qt and I'm dosing with formalin and prazipro and feeding my foods soaked in garlic. All of my new fish are being treated with these medicines so the wrasse will just have to do the same. Ill just put him in the 55 reef with my others when I know he's okay. After a week of this, then Ill remove the formalin and prazipro and start doing a copper treatment.
