What to do?

Yes I must open the forum to a ick conversation. I'm sorry, but I just spent two hours reading through this forum about ick (it was very interesting). I enjoyed it greatly but did not answer my question. I just went through a horrible bout with it. I pulled 120 pounds of rock out of my tank and moved all my fish to a 20 gallon QT. I added a sponge filter, a heater, and water from my tank. I put 8 fish in the QT tank. They all died with in 3 days. I followed the instruction I thought. but still lost all but two of my fish.

Funny but after I got all the rock out all the fish out, I rebuilt my reef but forgot about my yellow wrasse. He was buried. but 4 hours later he appeared. Then a fire fish shot out of a hole in a rock. So the only fish that lived were those two. Neither show any sign of ick. They seemed to be breathing good, no spots and are eating like pigs.

They are stress less, their the only two fish in a 75 gallon. My question is. Is there still ick in the tank. Will these two fish eventually get it. And how can I stop this horrible thing from happening again.

Please help! sorry for the novel. lol
