I have been feeding mysis and cyclopeeze,i see alot of people feeding golden pearls,i've been doing alot of searches on both but it is hard to find any hard core info on either one, what is the advantages or disadvantages to the to.....Thanks

Golden Pearls is a larval food or zooplankton substitute. It's available in many different sizes based on what the target feeder is. Generally, if you have a healthy tank, feeding the corals isn't required for them to survive. Rapid growth and many other factors can be affected by feeding, but it can quickly become a nutrient problem. Without trying to offend, I'd suggest staying the course if things are going well, and dig into artificial foods for corals. There's some research out there that's a few years old, when there was a flurry new products to market.

I Target feed some of my soft corals 2 or 3 times a year, just out of boredom. Typically, whatever the fish get, everyone else gets.
