what to feed mushrooms and yumas

What can you feed mushrooms and yumas besides fish waste. I will only feed once or twice a week. Let me know what item and brand.

We feed a couple things. Marine Snow, and a mixture of Cyclopese and DT's Phytoplankton. All our corals get that. Some of the LPS get brine, mysis and krill.

Nothing. they dont need anything. I haven't fed mine in 5 yrs.
