What to feed Triggers?

I would feed my blueline and clown trigger pellets, squid, silversides, krill, and mysis. occasionally, I would throw in some hermits for the blueline.

Yes, as Sonicblast12 said, fresh seafood. I used to goto the fish counter at my local supermarket and pick up a few NON cooked shrimp at a time. About once every other week I would get a small clam and remove one side of shell and place in tank, my triggers would clean it so it looked polished. The key is variety here, squid chopped into small portions, shrimp as I said, and any fish that was on sale (make sure its ocean fish, not lake fish). Believe me, your trigger will be in heaven!

I had to stop feeding clam in my 125, that really brought out the aggression. The humu would squat on the clamshell as if it was trying to hide it and would get the snot beat out of it by the other triggers.

My guy gets pellets atleast once a day..most of the time he gets them twice a day.. and some form of fresh seafood once or twice. Normally he gets scallops or shrimp. He does not like fish or squid. He loves clams but right now he is at the size where the little necks are too small and the regular clams are too big so he has not been getting them as much as he'd like. (as said above, my trigger will also pick up the shell and run with it and defends it aggressively)

he likes mussels also but they seem way too messy and I no longer fed them or oysters to him for that reason.
