what to feed?

i was just wondering what everyone is feeding thier fish in an sps tank. Fish include tangs, wrasses, and rabbit fish. I have been mainly feeding frozen brine shrimp, regular and mixed with spiralina, and frozen mysis shrimp. I was looking to add more variety.

The mysis is ok. I would suppliment the tangs diet with seaweed (nori). Frozen brine is the junk food of reef tanks.

I usually feed my fish mysis laced with selcon and green nori seaweed. Variety helps and formula foods as well as brine, squid, and mussel come into the mix.
