What to feed?

Are Reef Bugs good to feed? Or is frozen food the way to go. Thoughts, opinions, suggestions will be appriciated. I know I'll need a little of everything once I have inverts, corals, and fish. Right now I just have shrimp, crabs, snails, and a hitch hiker sponge.

Try to feed a mix rather than just one food. Flakes, frozen, live. Basically anything the fish will eat. Or you can make your own food.

Yes, I change what I feed all the time. Somtimes mysis, sometimes rotifeast, sometimes zooplankton.

Seems to work better for me to not feed the same thing every day. The mysis is frozen, all the other stuff is live and not frozen.

The more variety the better. I'm still missing formula 2 frozen, mysis, squid & marine cousine.

I alternate between Cyclo-Peeze and homemade food, plus the occasional pinch of nori for the hermit crabs and emerald crabs. The more variety, the better the chances are that everything will get what it needs.
