What won't be able to survive in terms of Corals in a 10g with 67w PC?

i'll assume you meant 65w pc since they dont make 67's that i'm aware of 
You could keep any softy you want, lps, and maybe even some sps up higher. No clams and IMO you MIGHT be able to do an anem, but i wouldnt try it.
