What would be a nice new addition?

I currently have a coral beauty and purple dotty back. Im looking for a nice fish to be the center piece of my 65g tank thats under $100. Something hearty and really colorful

I would be careful with a firefish, with your current tankmates. Angels and Dottybacks are notorious firefish harassers. Especially in a smaller tank such as a 65gal. Besides firefish are small and do not fit the criteria of a "CenterPiece" fish.

I would think a colorful wrasse or hawkfish might be a better choice for your size tank and current residents.

I do love firefish though, just not in your situation...

I'd get a nice fairy wrasse. Reef safe..always out in the open, and not as easily spooked, in general, as firefish.

Go for a mystery if you can add another 50 but if you are still looking for something cheaper try a carpenter wrasse

Mysteries are beautiful, but aggressive.
Fairies and flasher wrasses are great. Check liveaquaria and bluezoo.
