What would you consider the optimum Ric tank setup?

Come spring I am going to set up a new tank designed exclusively for Ric's and Yuma's. I am would like to get ideas from everyone on what they think would be the optimum setup for it.

This will be started completely from scratch so any opinions on lighting, skimmers, and everything else would be greatly appreciated. If it makes any difference I am leaning towards a 40 gal breeder for the tank with a 29 gal for the sump.
