whats best to feed extra large conti's

i've always just kept fish only but i now have a 110 gallon reef and was wondering what some of you feed your large anemone's
thank you its about 10 inches at the base

chunks of silverside, sand eels, squid, mysis, krill, they pretty much like everything. I just use a turkey baster and after it's thawed just squirt it slowly at the tentacles...they just latch on and your done.
