I placed an internet order for two false Percula clowns early Sunday morning.
I expected to get a confirmation e-mail by Monday. Nothing. The order is archived off the server, whatever that means.
Monday I called and was told that you only have one left is stock. I requested that my order be changed and to have that one shipped. Still no confirmation and no change in my order statis (still pending).
Monday I did have some problems with my check card, but those issues are resolved as of today. Was this the problem?
I have tried to call twice this morning, but I keep being told the the number cannot be completed as dialed?? It's 1-317-895-9005? Right? I also sent an e-mail to sales@premiumaquatics.com yesterday, but never got a reply.
The reason for all of the calls and this post is that I work more than 50 hours a week. I am only off Monday and Tuesday and will not be home any other day to accept the package. That's why I wanted it shipped Tuesday.
Please let me know what is going on.
