How about when you get a recent addition to your setup, you show it off here? Kind of like back to school show and tell. People who were thinking about getting / doing that can ask questions, we can give local feed back etc. Here is some stuff I did/added over this past summer.

My first American Marine monitor. Sweet deal using 30% off at TFP!
First probe I had I think was bad as the readings were all over the place. Lou from American Marine was very helpful and sent me a new probe. So far so good. I was thinking I could just float the probe in the water for constant monitoring but it is not really designed to work that way. (greatly reduced the life of the probe)

And this was from our first meeting since the revival of the club. Thanks Bobby! So far I have not killed it Color is not great in this pic but the base is a nice green with the new growth having purple tips. Sweet!

Just want to report back that the 500 watt Blue line heater failed. Did not get much use during the summer but now when I need it it failed. Now I order two Jagar heaters. We will see how long they last. I am so tired of darn near everything we buy anymore is JUNK! Every time I see "made in China" my BP goes up a few ticks....

This coral started as a plug from Bobby (I think). It is now covering about 1 sq foot. Nice purple body with bright green polyps.

FTS as of about a week ago right after adding a few things and moving things around

There are a few other pics of things, but most of them were taked after changing the aquascape, so nothing is open in them. Will get more soon.
