What's on my glass?

There are a lot of little things that look like very small snow flakes all over my glass. They are white in color (but somewhat translucent) and are no larger than pencil lead. They look like the attached picture. What are they?

try Staurocladia oahuensis( hydroid jellyfish) they are harmless and will go away eventually

could be asterina starfish. Harmless, actually good to have.
