what's the best way to set up my NON RR 30 cube?

I keep going back and forth on it.
I don't want a sump, I want a simple, clean, quiet system, but I also want the tank to be clean looking, I don't really want PH's in the tank, so I've been looking at a hang on refuge but because the tank is only about 18" wide there isn't room for a hang on fuge and a hang on skimmer on the back.

there also isn't room for the CPR aquafuge PS as it's something like 19"

I emailed acryliccity.com to see if they could make a custom hang on with skimmer that would fit, but haven't heard back yet.

Anybody have any creative ideas? I'm all out.

If I did have to go with a sump, I don't want to use a hang on overflow, the bottom of the tank is tempered, and custom overflow boxes are pretty spendy..

just what i wanted....a clean, easy maintence, clean looking.

all i have running in mine is a cannister that is hidden and is only holding carbon.

PS its a 29 gallon cube.

I had looked at that setup, that is very nice.

There is a guy on ebay that sells hang on fuges, he'll cut them to any dimension you want, so I'm considering a hang on fuge with protein skimmer. Not sure that it'll look ant cleaner than the tank you linked though!

man that is really tempting...

that really has me thinking :)

The way he's got the "overflow" plumbed, wouldn't you expects some gurgling as it sucks a bit of air?

I have been running a 30 gallon for 3 years.I run a cpr bacpack,and a penguin 330 with 2 65watt pc's,and one powerhead.Very clean system,and that time I have had hardly any problems
