Most larger mushrooms can eat fish. The larger Rhodactus species that get 5 or more inches across are less dangerous, but more common. The Amplexidiscus fenestrafer "giant cup" mushroom is less common in the hobby, but large specimens will take out even decent sized fish.
Half of this A. fenestrafer (yes I fragged it) ate a breeding maroon clown.
