Whats up with my clam?

Slave to the reef!
I have a had this crocea clam for about 2 months. It doesnt like to stay upright and prefers to be on its side. Im wondering if it doesn't like the flow its in, i have quite a bit of flow in my 24 gallon. Ive got a seio 1100 and a seio 620.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what i should do.

Heres a pic of it, i hope i can make this guy happy somehow.

Croceas like to be on rock work, put a flat piece of LR underneath it.
Yes... that is a good idea. Crocea clams are known as rock boring clams and are not naturally found in sand beds. In about a week, the Crocea will have attached itself to the rock. Then place the rock - with the clam attached - up in your reef structure. Crocea's need a lot of light and prefer being high in the tank... closer to the light.

I would also have to add that clams in general are quite tolerant of flow, but I would think too much flow, like sps frag tanks and such, are not quite the place for clams to be kept.

I do have SPS in the tank, that is the reason for all the flow, i am going to try putting him on a rock in aplace where there isnt MAD flow......
