What's up with my GBTA?

Hi All, I've had this gbta for about 8 months now. But in the last couple of months it has really stretched out. It's fed twice a week variants of mysis shrimp and fish. My lighting is AI vega Blues, 9" AWL and the nem is about 13" down. I have the whites set at 80% and the blues at 90%. I just raised all the lights 10% about a week ago but it's still stretched out. I would say its about 7-8" across. You all think it needs more light? Is this normal?

It's reaching for the light. Set it closer to the light if you can. Carefull with just turning the lights up. The rest of your corals might not like that.

My nem split today...I've read two schools of thought on whether nems splitting is for good reasons or bad. Mine was stretched as in the posts above looking for light, does that mean it was stressed? The colors seemed very normal...yes?

Thanks px, I backed them off 5%. We'll see what happens.
