whats up with my hammer?

I've had this hammer for a few months now and it was doing great but recently its just not been looking its best and its bleached a bit.

Lighting are maxspect 16000k razor lights only at 50%.

phosphates 0.04
salinity 1.025
nitrate/nitrites 0
ammonia 0

the coral is up about half way in the tank so its not close to the lights at all.

That's what I thought. I backed the light down a little bit and it's kind of looking a little bit better.
