whats up with that???

i got a porc. puffer and a yellow eye kole tang yesterday and the porc. puffer is just lying aroung. yetserday when i put him in my qt and he was swimming around fine but today i turned n the lights and he was just lying there.
also the yellow eye kole tang looks like he has white lips is that problamatic?
