Whats wrong with kenya tree

Hellooo every one.. I am new to the hobby.. My tank is 6 months old and everything has been perfect till now.. My mushrooms are healthy and growing like crazy. Fish are happy. My trees grown alooot.

But now i noticed something in one of the trees ,, a branch is all swelled up like its about to separate.. Is that normal in kenya trees?! I have attached a photo

And here is another tree with dark spot on the root like its burned or something.. Whats wrong with it?!

In the first picture,it looks like the gsp stung it. The second, looks like it's fragging itself, or a infection.
I wouldn't worry,extremely hard to kill.
