I was wondering if its normal for a spearer mantis to eat frozen squid I give him but not the damsel fish I put in the tank with him. He doesn't leave his hole he dug out og the sand bed and live rock so I have to dive bomb the squid onto his head. And if that wasn't weird enough he and the damsel fish are like a goby and pistol shrimp...they share the same burrow now. So if someone could inform me whats wrong I would appreciate it, at the moment I think I will name the mantis "Mitch" if you watched Roadtrip you will understand.
