What's wrong with my zoas?

I've had my zoa frag for about a month and a half and have noticed some issues with it... When I got the frag it was full and the polyps were very "pronounced", but lately they have been looking rather pathetic... They are almost always open and are still incredibly colorful, but it seems as though gaps are starting to develop between the polyps and they don't seem to be as large as they were. There is also a spot on the back of the colony (where polyps used to be) that, for lack of a better description, now looks like a chunk of coraline algae (purple-ish)... What could be wrong with them? I have Xenia and Pipe Organ that SEEM to be doing well...:celeb1:

Please search for target feeding and you'll be amazed how they could turn around when you offer a good quality dry coral food.
Also, make sure all the params are kept in their places. Alk, salinity and temp are important.

Grandis.
