When do the LFS get their shipments?

Wow, that's quite a lot, isn't it? I thought places usually just got 1 shipment a week.

I am hoping to make a trip your way this weekend. I just have to pack some extra drinking water, fill up the gas tank, and find someone to watch the cats while I'm gone. I will probably hit TWP while I'm in the general area as well.

MS get one normally on Thursday, sometimes they get a small one on Tuesday. Beldts normally gets theres on Tuesday or Wednesday (if shipment is late). I am assuming you mean livestock, because drygoods normally come a different day.

One of them, yep! She is a black-spotted tawny, small and very intelligent. She is the blueblood in the family. The other is a big, rough-and-tumble orange tabby alley cat. They are polar opposites.

cool, beautiful cats we just got a chausie cat 4th generation a month ago they get about 20 to 30 pounds.

is it ok to buy a fish the day it comes in or should you have the store hold it?

d.french, I was familiar with bengals, but I had never heard of chausies before - I had to look them up. They look really, really cool! Is it a fairly new breed?

latazyo, I was at CPE on Thursday and I asked if it would be too traumatic to a new fish to take it home that day, when it had just arrived in the store several hours before, and they said yes. So they put a couple of fish on hold for me, which I'll go pick up today or tomorrow, assuming they look happy and are eating. They felt that just giving the fish 2-3 days before moving him again would be a good idea.
