When is the October meeting?

I went back and looked to see if I had just missed a post but all I could find was that it was maybe at ebay.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I heard from Mimi today. She said that the meeting would most likely be held on Sunday October 29th around 3PM. She still has to check with Jeff to make sure that this date/time is kosher with him, but from the email, I'd say this is pretty firm.

For now, let's just call it "firmly tentative", but she is supposed to let me know for sure within a few days.

Mimi also asked that I let you all know that she hasn't forgotten about the meeting and that she has been out of town/out of touch for a month and will be returning on 10/21.

I spoke with Mimi again last night...the meeting will be held on October 29th at 5:00PM, not 3PM as previously stated. It's going to be potluck, so please bring a dish if you can. She will provide burgers and dogs, assuming it isn't too cold to grill out...otherwise it will be something else....I think she mentioned lasagne or something. It's also BYOB.

Chris or Gary should be emailing directions soon.

Hey all,
I got some internet now, so I decided to say hi.

The meeting will be held at my home in Brentwood, TN on Sunday October 29th, 2006 @ 5pm. I will be grilling/baking the main dish and a side dish and am asking my guests to please bring a side dish (salad, macaroni salad, pasta salad, dessert, dip etc)

I can't remember the mushrooms from when i was there last mimi. Do you have a decent shot of them? J is interested for her display. Purple and green seem to be her thing.

I'll make the meeting for sure, but Jenn is a maybe. If anyone hasn't seen your display's, they should definately try to make it out there. The filter feeding shrimp in your freshy is incredible. Very cool display that one.
