I sent you 2 emails on Friday regarding the order I received from Premium Aquatics. The email address I used was sales@premiumaquatics.com. Are you the only person who has the access to that email account? It seems like you are around but I haven't heard from you yet. You used to reply emails efficiently.

Basically there were major problems with my PA order. There is no need to talk about the details here, but I really want to make sure the issues get your attention and be resolved asap.

Hi,

I believe i answered your email, but if not, please resend. I get all the emails coming in. I answer over 150 a day, so sometimes takes me a while and sometimes i only work a couple hours a day on the weekend, gets tiring sometimes!

Please send out the substitue item (VibraGro small pellet) for the wrong one as soon as possible, and drop the backorder items because I've got them at the LFS. Also please adjust the in-store credit accordingly.
