WHere can I buy cool pipefish?

I recommend the book "Seahorses, Pipefishes, and their relatives" by Rudie H. Kuiter as a good identification resource.
There are a few excellent books on seahorse care now available. Find one published within the last 5 years or so.
Visit http://www.seahorse.org/ . Keep asking questions.
One of my favorite pipefish is the Dragonfaced Pipefish (Corythoichhys). The ones I had ate well and were very social with each other.

OK, sillyness aside, pipes can be hard to get onto frozen food. I have not personally kept them, but agree there are some really cool ones out there.

Being in Florida, you get a lot of neat stuff passing through and should be able to locate them locally.

Ask you local lfs to keep an eye out for them at the wholesalers.

Need to be in the hobby 50 years before you can keep pipes.

...and you need to know who Robert P.L. Straughan and Mildred D. Bellomy were, and have their complete works memorized... :reading:
