where can i FIND THREADFIN cardinalfish in the bay?

Why dont ask local lfs to order you threadfin cardinal. Will probably save alot of time looking around and gas money.

Ok, I have no useful information for you, but I do have a question: Why do you want a threadfin cardinal fish? There's no wrong answer of course, but it's a fish I've never really considered and don't know much about? Anything particularly neat about them?

(Personally, I have an infatuation with redlip blennies because of their personality and huge mouths)

well i have been looking into getting reef fish that school. and besides taking chances with chromis in my 75. i want to try and see how the cardinalfish will do.

all about fish has been getting them regularily. A month ago they had at least a dozen. I'll check today when I head over there after work

i was there a few days ago... was looking into gettin a BTA... but the one they had didnt looks so healthy to me. let me know if you see TBA there as well because the owner said he would get some in a few days...

make sure u dont have aggressive fish in your tank as these guys get easily beat up. ive had probably 30-50 of these cardinals and guess how many i have today. i recommend if you consider getting some have the LFS hold the fish for a couple weeks to weed out the weaklings
