where can i get a 13" compact florecent light fixture?

I am looking fir a 13" compact florecent light fixture for my wifes 7gal nano tank
im on a 50$ budget
any sugestions?

the only 13" light fixture i know of is this one http://www.aquatraders.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=259
theres also the coralife mini but its only 9"

Coralife also makes a 12.5" light 2x18w I believe.
