Where does your waste water go?

If been trying to figure out where i am going to dump my 20 gallon a week water changes when i move into the new house.. I was thinking of just dumping it into the houses sump pump and out into the yard but iv heard mixed reviews on if it will kill the grass.

I will be having a septic tank one of the 3 stage deals but im not sure if that is a good idea. So my question is.

What do you all do with your waste water every month/week?

I dump my water change water at the top of my driveway in the middle of the day. Doing so allows it to dry out before it reaches the storm drain. This reduces the liklihood that you will introduce foreign life to your local ecosystem. It also prevents you from needing to worry about your pipes and grass.

People use it for laundry, water their plants, in their lawn. Wherever you use water, you can make use of it.

dc is probably referring to RO/DI waste water.....

 Yes that's what I was thinking. Tank water goes down the toilet.

Tank water down the outside rainwater drain, if you used it to water your garden you would over time kill your plants.

if you are going to be on a septic, do not dump it down the drain, as it wil cause major problems. Dont dump in on your yard either, it wil kill everything, dump it out on your driveway, or some other place where you dont want stuff to grow and nothing wil ever grow there.

it goes where my waste goes...down the toilet. i live in an apt...so not sure what happens to it after that
