Where is the cheapest place to buy PE Mysis

Where is the cheapest place I can buy PE mysis or Hikari Mysis by the flat. I dont like the cubes

I just bought some at Pasadena Tropical Fish: 2982 E Colorado Blvd # 108, Pasadena, 91107 - (626) 449-4987 for $9.99 per flat. I think the weight was 250 g but I'm not 100% sure. It "felt" lighter than that to me. I also bought some cyclopeese (sp?) in frozen form for $14.99 for a chunk as big as my palm and 1cm thick (have no idea what it weighed).

Was this PE Mysis or Hakari Mysis?

I got at a LFS in orange close to Jeff for $15 about double letter paper (8.5x11) size.
