Where to buy live rock

I am not all that ready for a full tank of live rock yet but That Fish Place is having their big sale this weekend and all live rock is 20% off. I think I need around 75 to 90 lbs to start my 90gal. Their rock runs 4.99 to 5.99 per pound before the sale. I am thinking about buying it and sticking it in a Brute I have with a heater and power head for a week or two until my tank is ready. Is this the best deal I will find do the wise members of DRC know of a better deal somewhere?

Thanks

Now that is what I am talking about. You guys a great.

I called them up and it is $15 to ship it to my door (plus $10 box charge). They will ship it tomorrow and I will have it Friday. It is fresh and not curred so I don't mind the overnight in the UPS truck. It is cheaper for them to ship it then the gas to go and get it.

The hidden reef has two bins of rock for 2.89 a lb, it's not really cured I'm sure. Your best bet is to find an RC memeber either selling rock or getting out of the hobby, I just sold over 200lbs for 2-2.5 a lb!

I bought live rock on ebay. Bought 90 lbs of it and it ended up being around $2.80 SHIPPED from seller mrmarine. It was nice stuff and the price was right too!

I have been to both the Hidden reef and Dr. Mac in the past month. The rock at Dr. Mac was much nicer and well worth the extra price. The bins were loaded at the hidden reef last week, I'm sure it just came in so you may also be able to find nice pieces. If you drive down to Dr. Mac, you can pick your own too, but he seems to do a very nice job.
