Looking for nice Acan Lord Frags online. Jendub and Captive reef have some very nice ones but they are a little out of my price range. Any other good vendors with nice lords? Thanks.

If you find any, be sure to let me know!

As far as I have found, that is the going price for nice lords. It will probably take several years and alot of fraging before those kinds come down.

Roes marine world... Has cheap indo lords... A good start but if you are looking for the really colorful Non Indo Lords you are going to pay a premium!

I'm trying to phase out some of acans because I'm gonna go in a different direction. I have a few frags and colonies for a very reasonable price. I'm looking for trades also.

Incidently, Aquadesignz.com usually has some nice ones, but they are pricey.

Randall, do you have a sales list? or will trade for list? pics?
:p pm or post, please

I really don't have a list. I've been collecting these pieces for the past year. Most them are a combination of red and green. I'll try to take some pictures and put them in my gallery.

stevedola & grisha,

I don't really have a list of corals or pictures right now. Can you email me and I'll try to snap some later this week and send them to you. Thanks.

hey justin, how have you been? research going well? are you using acans down at uconn? is there a open house coral sale at some point for your prop. corals?

I've got a project in development with the New London Science and TEchnology High school. I've been doing a lot of fusion and grafting work.

I should have an open house i guess. Thanx for the idea. Trying to pay my mortgage until grant money starts coming in.

two questions. What do you feed the acans and what is the best placement on the sand or on rock?

Youd get a better answer if you shared your lighting and flow scheme you got goin on ;)

I keep mine from low to med flow and low to high light. I have them 6 inches under 250w mh, sunlight and down to a foot away from 175wmh. Just feed them a bunch and they'll grow great.

I feed them hoemade goo which may include brine shrimp cyclopeze, oystereggs, shrimp larvae food, artificial rotifers, basically anything meaty.
