Where to get 1/2" Mur-Lok to 3/4" Hose barb fitting?

I have a BRS reactor, and I need to connect the 1/2" mur-lok tubing it comes with to a 3/4" vinyl hose. For the life of me I can't find anything that'll work. If it's an elbow, even better.

This is the closest I can find:

Then I would need to find a barb reducer from 1/2" to 3/4"? I don't have that much room, I'd love a quick elbow that goes from the push in fitting to a 3/4" barb.

Couldn't find a direct adapter. Here's an option:

1) 1/2" push fitting to 1/2" male adapter
2) 1/2" female to 3/4" male threaded bushing
3) 3/4" female threaded coupling
4) 3/4" barbed fitting
Skip piece three if your barbed fitting has female threads instead of male.

OR you could just unscrew the fittings from the reactor itself and replace with whatever you want, say a 3/4" right angle barbed fitting...

Just an update for anyone else who cares, this is the solution I eventually came up with that worked great:

Great find. I also recommended the same company to a fellow member who is in search of limewood airstone for its high review; however, this other company's metal machining services, especially on their mechanical components section, has pipes and fittings in it but states that it is exclusively for chemical industry (since it says something like that in an enclosed parenthesis after the word "fittings"), but this company does custom-made products, and having said that, I think they can help you with fittings which measure as per your need.
