www.innovativelights.com is a local store, they used to do willcall, but I don't think anymore, eitherway it gets here quick. As for the size, 60" is about as large as you can go in T5 sizes (unless things have changed).
I would recommend them too, I had a bulb that misfired or something, I sent an email, didn't hear back for a couple days figured I'm ready to scream and yell at someone, a day later a new bulb showed up, didn't pay any shipping or even ship the old bulb back.
