I HAD A $65 CREDIT AND I SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO USE MY CREDIT AND IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM CONTACT ME BEFORE SENDING THE ORDER. INSTEAD I WAS BILLED FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT AND NOW MY ACCOUNT IS F--KED UP. SO WHATS THE DEAL?

Hello Neal,
I do apologize for the misunderstanding. We have gone ahead and credited your account back the amount you were charged. We did deduct the $65 from the order but our system charged the shipping and that is what you were charged. I have corrected the problem for you and you still have a $27 credit with us and I will add a additional $15 for the misunderstanding. You have a total credit of $42 with us now.. Again my apologies, and we have shipped your order out for delivery on 1/8/05
