Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! I would get what appeals to you most, that being said if it were me I'd totally grab number 1, that polyp looks awesome. What are prices for corals like in HK? Is there a good selection?

The basic corals here are not expensive , but if rare corals are expensive. The 2 zoas in the pictures are $50 USD for 1 polyp.

Personally I like the second one more, but the first one will look better More of the time since the colors will show up under different lights better, the speckles on the second one tend to be a bit more dull under whites for me(LEDs), like with my mowhawks, the bright speckles only really come out under the blues.

I have set my led like 20k , should that be enough to pop the color of the second 1?

I would think so yes, I blieve 20k is what a lot of the online vendors shoot their WYSWYG pictures so it should bring out the colors nicely.
